  • Provide weekly sales summaries using Retail Link POS data and Atlas database.

About the Team/Position

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded professional to join its Category & Insights Team, and lead the Sam’s Club Category function across the total product portfolio.

The Category team plays a valuable role by providing strategic, consultative guidance to facilitate growth across emerging brands and growth channels. Our goal is to become experts in the competitive environment, strategic partners internally and externally, and champions of innovation and assortment optimization.

What you will do:

  • Develop and cultivate business relationships with Sam’s Club key contacts that establish KDP as a strategic partner for all insights and strategy needs
  • Develop & deliver fully integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights and trends to guide Sam’s Club’s strategic choices and tactical executions, to drive market-leading growth for the short and long-term
  • Implement a framework for understanding and assessment of financial repercussions for both Sam’s Club and KDP for all assortment changes
  • Work closely with the KDP teams to establish, lead, and maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, macro performance assessments, and opportunity gap analysis
  • Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional teams and the customer to connect business opportunities and develop both strategic and tactical solutions
  • Provide critical analysis, reporting, or special project work directly to the Sam’s Club merchant team
  • Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities by elevating analyses into retail action
  • Serve as the expert on all things category to cross-functional team members
