First of all, as a new patient, they were able to get me an appointment within 10 days, not 3 months out!! The entire staff was AMAZING!! It was literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental appointment. Very happy new patient
I love Walton Dental, Bentonville, AR. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and very professional. The hygienist asst. was just a sweet young lady. (Can't remember her name) the hygienist himself was so much fun and friendly. Dr. Rickets was also very nice, friendly and kind. They all have great personalities and make you feel comfortable. I don’t typically ever take to much time to write many reviews but I’d like to take the time. I had the displeasure of speaking with your front desk staff member Emily recently. Her behavior was absolutely horridness to say the least. She was by far the most awful and completely unprofessional human being to work with. Good luck with her on your team and if I could offer any advice it would be to get rid of her immediately and as soon as possible. She is a discredit to your office. That is all.
Very thorough pre op visit. I’m having knee replacement and they did a very thorough exam to rule out any infection. Friendly, caring. Love them all.
I had a great experience with everyone in the front office. Allie was very kind and made me feel welcomed as this was my first visit. My teeth are nice and clean. I greatly appreciate everyone there.
