I took my fog in for her annuals. Everyone was, as always, very friendly and welcoming. The entire place is also always very clean. We saw Dr. Keaton, who is so sweet with my dogs, and listens to and specifically tsonga to all my questions and concerns. She even remembered what's going on with my other dog, and asked about her. My dogs are family, and so choosing a vet is a critical decision for me. Village Pet is excellent in all possible ways. My dogs even enjoy going here. Definitely recommend them.
Bad experience today. Waited 40 minutes in room, no vet, went and spoke to the front desk. Said we were on a when available appointment? I thought appointments were appointments. We will try again Thursday. Glad it was not an emergency.
I have a big black Labrador mixed with something else that makes him even bigger. We had one bad accident while trying to trim his nails (it was already split long ways before trimming) and since then he hates anyone touching his nails. He's a pretty happy dog and loves people so whatever the vets did, he didn't budge when they messed with his nails. He even got some shots and it didn't faze him. He left there just as happy as when we came. (If not more)
I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Village Pet Hospital. They truly are amazing. We ended up at the emergency pet hospital in Springdale last Sunday night . It was determined that our baby girl needed emergency gallbladder surgery. Monday we called our regular vet at Village Pet only to find out they were completely booked up for the week. They however, called us right back and said they would fit her in. She had surgery first thing Tuesday morning. It was successful. She is back home and doing great. Dr. Harper and Dr. Gregory did an outstanding job. The staff was so caring and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I brought my Daisy in and she needed surgery for her endometriosis. They did an amazing job! Everyone there genuinely cared about the animals I’m so great full! The price was very reasonable!! Thank you Village Pet!!
