This place was amazing đź‘Ź. Our first waitress was so nice and very polite. She came around a number of times to ask if we were ok and if we needed more to drink, but our second waitress was not a good server. Never came around to ask us if we were good and got mad because I didn't give her a bigger tip. If it wasn't for the second waitress, our time there would have been better, but she killed the mood at the end.
The restaurant in Roger’s Arkansas needs serious help. If it wasn’t for 1 waitress, Elizabeth Nelson, I would have walked out of there and called corporate to personally talk to someone and complain. Wait staff is more concerned with talking to only certain individuals instead of doing there job. No smiles while waiting on tables anywhere in there, except for Elizabeth! My food was partially cold. The fried pickles were burned and it was obvious yet they were brought out anyway. My first drink wasn’t even correct! Elizabeth Nelson who wasn’t our waitress, corrected that personally. This woman has only been with you for a month and has already exceeded my expectations and most likely the expectations of Twin Peaks as a whole. She should train your future wait staff there. She’s enthusiastic and pleasant. Courteous and very perceptive. She is very professional and not just a pretty face! I strongly suggest this woman be recognized for her efforts! While many consider this place sexist... I completely disagree. While yes the girls wear revealing clothes. No one "forces" them to do so. In an area like NWA, there are lots of places hiring. With that being said, no one "forces" patrons to come here... If that's where they want to spend their hard earned money... so what. Personally I've never had any bad food here. The beer is the coldest in town. So spend your money how you want. This is a great place to eat!
My waitress Julia did an outstanding job. She has waited on me previously at another establishment and she always seemed to put her customers first. She never stops moving! And she looked great in her little Santa/elf outfit. 🤣
Service was wonderful and food was okay, Hannah A, I think was her name, was incredible and very kind to me (it was my first time). She personally recommended her favorite items.
