Delicious stuff here! We'd eaten at the Conway location years ago and fondly remembered the food. This Rogers restaurant is new and feels open and spacious inside. Our food came out in about 5 minutes. My husband and I each ordered the two taco combos. I chose the chicken ranch and Korean BBQ tacos along with a side salad with ranch. Everything was fantastic. My husband enjoyed his food, too, and the only negative was that his side order of rice wasn't hot. We’d be happy to come back here again the next time we’re in town.
We had a taco combo with side of Mexican creamed corn & a couple of extra tacos. Our favorite was the crispy chalupa shell tacos over the plain soft tacos. Ingredients tasted fresh & overall we left satisfied. We liked that there was a small patio where we could have dinner with our pup. Price was a bit on the higher side for tacos but you are contributing to a good cause.
I used to love this location and came 2 or 3 times a week. The tacos were always consistent. The exact same every time and the service was amazing too. But things have gone down hill over the last couple months. The last two times I was in the shrimp was bland and unseasoned & the chips were overly seasoned. This specific time the service was awful. The gal that was at the register asked me to hold on because she was putting in her employee meal. So I waited. There wasn’t any ice in one of the coke machines so the coke that came out was warm even with ice. Then I see my tacos on the counter after 10 minutes of looking at them I went to the counter and asked if I could have them and the guy cooking said I didn’t know you were still waiting for them. Maybe later on down the line I’ll try this place again, but it’s just gross now. The service, the food, the drinks. All of it is a no. Just no. It’s so disappointing because I considered these some of the best tacos in this area.
Monica served us and was the kindest server I’ve had in a long time. I don’t post reviews often but she deserves one! She was excellent in every way.
I ordered ahead online because I was in a hurry—I had 3.5 hours drive, a severe thunderstorm warning along my route, and I had a plane to catch. The workers were SO SO SLOWWWWW and when I asked for a refund instead, they ghosted me in the drive-through lane, and after 2 people & 20 minutes (yes—20 minutes for 3 tacos), threw my food out the window at me & slammed the window closed. I hadn’t asked for my food—I asked for a refund because I didn’t trust that the sarcastic petulant woman hadn’t spit in my food and I didn’t have time to wait for them any longer. I had to exit my car & walk in to speak to a manager about my refund. I left my food there and he said it was “taken care of”. I went without dinner as I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else after their extremely slow service. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I can’t imagine how they’re still in business. I’ve eaten at this chain in other cities & found that, while the food is usually pretty good, the service is universally terrible. I deleted their app & will never eat there again.
