We cannot say enough about Dr. Parker and the entire staff at Sugar Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Parker and the entire staff are kind, considerate and caring for your beloved pets. They always provide great service, detailed explanation of the diagnosis, and leave the decisions to you on treatment, etc... Our Morkie Truman was sick over the Memorial Day holiday, and Dr. Parker continued to check in on him to see how he was doing.
Thank you Dr. Parker and the entire staff for the work you do, and care you provide to family pets.

They took great care of my pups. I had dental work done for my small dog and vaccines and nails. They kept me so informed and I never felt left out. They are the standard.

I have been bringing my pup here since he was a puppy. Never did have an issue with ailments or issues he may be having. Something changed in my pup over the course of the last 2-3 years. He became tired and sad, whining and refused to play like he always had. He had been developing a rash, and an ear infection that just wouldn’t go away for 2 years. As well as fleshy spots on his jaw. I have begged and pleaded with these doctors to sedate him so they can get a real good look at what might be going on. But they never did, just gave him the same meds every single time. Fast forward to this week and finally Dr Nathan Taylor (who I understand is new to the practice) LISTENED. THANK YOU DOC! But he agreed that sedating my dog is what needed to be done. And they found a laundry list of ailments, skin condition, infections what have you. Not only had I paid thousands of dollars for them to not do anything about these issues prior to, but this visit also cost me another $1000 for something that could have easily been taken care of had someone just listened to me. You’ve made your money off of me. But you won’t be making anymore. Thank you to the receptionists because they were always so sweet to us and Dr Nathan Taylor for finally hearing us.

When my granddaughter kitty Bowser got bobcat fever from a tick. The employees were all amazing during our time there. I have always taken my animals here and would recommend 10 out of 10.

One of the very best vet clinics I have ever been to! My senior dog received a dental cleaning and several teeth extractions with no issues whatsoever. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the updates during the process, and in general with everyone I spoke with there. They are friendly, professional, and competent but above all they really care about their customers and patients!
