Amazing experience at Trailside Dental! The staff is super friendly, and the office is clean and modern. Dr. McDonald is awesome—really gentle and takes the time to explain everything. I always feel comfortable here, whether it’s a cleaning or something more. Scheduling is easy too! Highly recommend this place if you want great care.
Ronaye was the best at fitting me in as a new patient, very friendly. Courtney cleaned my teeth, love the smooth clean smile quick and thorough and very friendly as well! Dr Eric McDonald was great he didn’t have to jab me so for now he’s my favorite!
They were wonderful. Needed a crown for a broken tooth. The were fast, effective and cost effective. They even refunded money when my buildup came out on the temporary. I would never have known that it did but they called and gave me the refund. 👍 great job
Our whole family (two adults and two teens) have worked with trailside for many years, across two owners/doctors. We’ve had wonderful experiences with the entire staff. Even our somewhat nervous daughter has thrived under their dental care because of their attention, respect, and way of working! Never had to wait long and have always felt good about the cleaning. We’ve had a few other more specific things done and had smooth, easy experiences.
I’m typically anxious at the dentist. I was referred here by a client I trust so I went for it. 10/10 recommend. Jamie was lovely, great conversation, laid back vibe but also extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything. The office is comfortable and clean , I loved the floor to ceiling window where I was have my cleaning done. Everyone I spoke to was kind and they all seemed happy to be there. Dr. Eric McDonald was easy to understand and talk to! Grateful to have a dentist I will enjoy going to!
