Our whole family (two adults and two teens) have worked with trailside for many years, across two owners/doctors. We’ve had wonderful experiences with the entire staff. Even our somewhat nervous daughter has thrived under their dental care because of their attention, respect, and way of working! Never had to wait long and have always felt good about the cleaning. We’ve had a few other more specific things done and had smooth, easy experiences.
I’m typically anxious at the dentist. I was referred here by a client I trust so I went for it. 10/10 recommend. Jamie was lovely, great conversation, laid back vibe but also extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything. The office is comfortable and clean , I loved the floor to ceiling window where I was have my cleaning done. Everyone I spoke to was kind and they all seemed happy to be there. Dr. Eric McDonald was easy to understand and talk to! Grateful to have a dentist I will enjoy going to!
Dr. McDonald and all his staff are amazing. I had to have a tooth pulled and the process was easy and Dr. McDonald was the best dentist I have ever been to. He was so gentle. I never even felt the the needle. All staff went above and beyond in the service the provided me. I highly recommend Trailside Dental to anyone needing a dentist
Dr. McDonald and his staff are AMAZING!!! He takes the time to listen to his patients' needs and help them the best way he can. He is very knowledgeable and explains procedures to patients in a way they can understand. His staff are so kind and welcoming! The receptionists do their very best to get you seen as quickly as possible. Our family plans to continue seeing him!
Best dental experience I have had. Dr. Eric McDonald is very knowledgeable & gentle. I know because I had to get some teeth pulled. If you take any medication that gives you dry mouth, you better get your teeth checked before it ruins them like it did some of mine. All of the people that work there are great & friendly too. It is a relaxed but energetic environment which puts you at ease. I would recommend them to everyone.
