I agree with another review here saying this place has unfortunately gone downhill.
Our food took over 30 minutes to get to our table, and after those 30 minutes they told one of us that they couldn't do her order (chicken tacos) because they ran out of grilled chicken.
They did offer fried chicken as a replacement, though, which suggests they get their grilled and/or fried chicken delivered premade off a truck and not made fresh in house. They did not offer to comp the item due to lack of availability. The shift manager asked if we wanted to box up the fried chicken tacos, which would have meant one person spent the entire meal watching other people eat.
One of the burgers was overly salty, and all were far overcooked. I get that the thin smash style is supposed to have a nice crust, but the crust on my burger was just plain burnt. The fried chicken taco tasted like standard concession stand chicken tenders warmed in the fryer.
Finally, the bartender on duty was the only person serving alcohol to 20+ tables. I ordered two beers -- one priced at $5.50 and the other at $7.25. She said she accidentally closed the tab on the first beer ($5.50) and started a new tab on the second beer ($7.25) and apologized, saying I would have to do two different credit card transactions. I said sure, accidents happen. But when she gave me the two tabs, BOTH tickets were for a beer priced at $7.25. I didn't ask for a reprint because she was so busy at the time that I decided it wasn't worth the time. Truly I'm guessing it was another mistake made in the rush of trying to serve an entire restaurant by themselves.
All the issues above appear to be a higher management issue that has led to Smitty's producing poor food with menu shortages and staff worked beyond reasonable capacity. We will not be returning.
Decent burger but over an hour to get our food. We weren’t told that when we placed our order. It was a concert night but we have been here before on a concert night and no issues. And I just asked a server about when our food would be out and she was rude and short with us. We will not be back to this location.
Ended up being 1 hr 15 minutes. Spoke to the mgr. Nearly all the kitchen staff had called out. If we had been told when we ordered. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a refund. Thanked her for that.

Had a great time here. There was a long line ordering food so the bartender asked if we wanted to sit and she could take our order. Service was quick. Beer is very cold!

It was my first time here from out of town, and I liked the vibe. After we got our drinks and we're sat at a table, it immediately became clear that we had to be near the vent for AC because we were blasted by cold air. It was 40 something degrees outside, and I'm in a hoodie shivering. Food arrived after a bit of a wait. I ordered the Fried Onion Burger, and after a few bites, I had to fight through mouth fulls of stringy onions to even get to the burger patty. I scraped off as much as I could because it was just globs of onions in there. I was happier with it after and enjoyed it( may I suggest less onions or use crispy onions instead?). The garlic parm fries could have been so good if they had not arrived stale and luke warm. 😩 Finally, I ordered The Paloma, which I loved. All in all, it's not bad a place. I would come back for the drinks and try a different burger.
