Paid $900 for service. Originally they said it was for a year. After the third service they said it was only a 3 month contract. They’ll say anything to get you to use them then change up. Plus still have the bugs. Definitely do NOT recommend.
Good service. Pricing is ok, middle of the road. I think what makes a good pest control service is 2 factors: 1) quality of the products used 2) quality of the technician. What rumble has that keeps us as a customer is some excellent technicians. Tory is our regular service technician and he is spectacular. He’s engaging and pleasant and listens to what concerns or issues we have with bugs and treatment and goes out of his way to ensure we get the service we need. I highly recommend him.
Tyler was 10 minutes early ! No complaint here. He was very professional and explained in detail the job he came here to do. Polite and well spoken young man. I just signed up for this service and I'm already impressed with it. Thank you Tyler for a job well done ! Ruben
Tyler and Farmer visited our house today due to Ants and Flies. They were so kind and so sweet to our fur animals and kids. They were all smiles, and absolutely bound and determined to fix our issue. The fact that they even wore booties inside the house is incredible. They did such an amazing job (above and beyond) and with such compassion. 5 stars all around for these fellows and the company.
I do not recommend Rumble. They’re were initially fine when I moved in but have gone downhill. First, their model of treating outside and only treating inside if you ask doesn’t work. Second, they have aggressive scheduling tactics such as scheduling you for service with less than 24hrs notice. That doesn’t work for me. I usually have several dogs and having random guys just show up whenever they feel like doesn’t work for me and is potentially dangerous since they generally don’t talk to me at all before performing the service.
