Ordered a Sausage Burger, chilli, and Spanish Okra (which I was told was Okra grilled with onions & Jalapeños). When I initially got my order, it was wrong. There was No Spanish Okra but tots instead. Returned the bag, waited a good long time, and was given the bag again (same bag, now torn open and leaking grease every where). Chilli was an extreme loose bowl of grease. Burger was smashed, and not just the patty, but bun was a mess. Most cheese was now melted to paper wrapper. You would think a sausage burger would be juicy....NOT....it was very dry and tasteless. While I waited for the correction I heard a waitress yell back to the grill "# 35 is supposed to have grilled onions". It must have been mine, as you can see in pic grilled onion & Jalapeño was thrown on top of fried okra at the last minute, not grilled with the okra. One of the WORST meals I have EVER Experienced. RUN FROM RON'S RUN.

Arriving on Valentine's night we were super hungry. Took a quick look at (a less than clean) menu, in a restaurant that looked about to be a 6 once inside, if rated for cleanliness. Definitely a 'burger joint' feel to it. My sister and I each ordered a patty melt on texas toast. That said, every occurence of the word Texas was blacked out on the menu - which should have been our first clue. We ordered a side of chili cheese fries; we ordered a plain hot dog and a tater tot upgrade for my grandson. Drinks were 2 diet Dr. Peppers. 1 patty melt was ordered with grilled onions and mustard - it came with cheese. 1 patty melt was ordered with mayo, grilled onions, cheese. Even though pickles weren't served on/with the sandwiches we both asked for 'pickles' to be added. First out were the chili fries with cheese. They weren't very hot and the cheese wasn't melted, except around the edges. The chili was swimming in grease. While in a place that looks like this, I might have expected some 'grease' and even enjoyed it - this was overkill. When the sandwiches arrived we were both actually very surprised and disappointed. The sandwiches didn't look appealing AT ALL! The bread was EXTREMELY soggy - limp even - and even though one could argue whether it was the classic thicker bread (it was not) as in TEXAS toast - it was definitely NOT toasted. It merely looked like toast lines were painted on (haha!) - it was soggy. The waitress disappeared to go get a side of mayo (mine barely had any mayo on it), so my sister and I debated the pros and cons of sending food back (and what could happen if we did); or asking for & waiting for new food - we were very hungry. There were no pickles at all on my patty melt either, so I had to wait for the waitress to return & then ask for, and bring my pickles - maybe another 5-6min. When she returned, she did ask if she could have them make something else, but we decided no. We inquired about the condition of the Texas toast - and she insisted this was texas toast. We tried to explain our problem with it - showed her the bread - she didn't see anything wrong with it, but insisted this was how they serve Texas toast. We could not make any headway with her at all. But by then the meal was a disaster anyway. I did try to dip my sandwich in the chili to 'doctor it up' but that failed, as well. The hot dog bun was super soggy - even without anything on it! And the upgraded tater tots looked like they were freezer burned and barely baked - or fried, which is what the check-out hostess insisted they do to them. Overall, we left nearly 1/3 of the fries and the bread. Had it not been already late and on Valentine's Day, had we not been very hungry, we would've left when the food was delivered. The last affront, and really what seals the deal for me, is that when I went to the register to pay the $23+ bill, the young woman asked me how my food was - she didn't look at me - I said awful. It was really terrible. She looked up and said "Oh, I thought you were kidding." I assured her I was not, that it was one of the worst meals I've eaten out in Bentonville. She said she was sorry I didn't enjoy the meal. She did ask what was wrong - and I tried to explain everything I wrote above, but she was 'sorry' I didn't like the food - she assured me plenty of other people did. She also told me the same mantra about how they serve the toast and tate r tots. At LEAST, she could've offered me something. NOTHING. I will not return and for sure, I will never recommend. Too bad. My first experience there a couple years ago was good.

We’ve been coming to Ron’s for years, and the quality and taste has not changed. Kids eat free everyday after 3, so that’s a plus. Service is always good, we’ve never had an issue that hasn’t been solved, promptly and professionally, even during a lunch rush. We’ll look forward to coming here for years to come, and eating the best chili cheese fries around.

Where do we start. When you first walk in you feel the warmth of the restaurant as the place everyone knows and enjoys eating at. The staff filled with enthusiasm and conversation. Tried nine items on the menu so far and want to order every one of them again, but the goal is to try them all. You will enjoy everything and even the to go beverage at the end.
