Dr Hunt and his staff are amazing! My kids and I have all had our cleaning there and I even had some treatment. Dr Hunt is gentle and does meticulous work. The assistants are great at their job and make you feel at ease when you are having dental procedures. The hygienist are gentle and very knowledgeable and the front desk girls are super friendly.
From the moment I walked into Rock Family Dental until I walked out, I felt the very best care was given by the whole team. I am very thankful my husband and I have found our new dentist with a great team. I will highly recommend them to everyone.
Hanna was awesome at the dentist. She was my dental hygienist for the day. She made me feel welcome and asked about what was going on with me. I totally forgot that I was at the dentist. Dr. Hunt was great as well. He made sure I didn’t have any questions and was a pretty chill dude! 10/10 would recommend
My family and I have been going to this company for several years. Never until today have we been given such disgusting customer service. They’ve taken money from me all year through a discount plan, closed my location the week of my appointment, changed my appointment to a location 40minutes away with no notice until the morning of the appointment, weren’t able to do the work, and are now making me jump through hoops for a refund. Apparently they lost their contract with the dentist who had been doing my work but were still allowing online appointments. Not only that, when I explained this and asked for a refund, the receptionist became visibly irate while I tried to sort it out through supervisors.
My wife had an emergency- cracked tooth, and was seen very quickly. She needed a crown (all Moms do 💙) and the staff was extremely kind and helped her navigate insurance, schedule appts, and whole process only took 3 weeks start to finish! Due to her experience, we are switching all of our dental care to RFD and that was so easy as well! They have the same record system as My Village Pediatrics and so our daughter’s (complicated) file was able to be imported. Very good match for our family.
