Came in for my niece who originally had an appointment for her cavities (2nd appointment) but her wisdom tooth started bothering her to the point where she can’t eat or sleep. I called the office prior to her appointment and was advised that they will assess her at the appointment. We got to her appointment and advised the Dental Assistant, as she continued to prep for her cavities appointment. The DA advised the dentist and the dentist said she will look at it after they numb her. The dentist came back without a thought of looking at her wisdom tooth first! I reminded her if she can look before the cavities because this takes presidency. She looked and suggested that she needed to ask the other dentist in the office as well as the front desk (asking insurance permission). She came back and said she wants my niece to wait another 6 days of not being able to eat because she doesn’t feel comfortable removing it without another dentist and asked if we should continue to do the cavities! The wisdom tooth is already protruding! I asked her if she can give her something to relieve the pain and her response oh so coy “ibroprofen”… DO BETTER!
This is a dental provider for kids who has zero compassion nor initiative to help her patients. She’s all about the bottom line and business. Yuck!
Update : SO MANY PEOPLE KEPT COMING IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM. Very unprofessional!

I made an appointment and the morning of the appointment I received a phone call informing me that they would not be accepting my insurance starting the following day. She asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment and I did not because my insurance was still accepted that day; she then informed me that because they don’t accept my insurance starting the next day that the doctor would not have time to clean my teeth today and that I would not be able to receive treatment from them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them in the past and it should’ve been relayed to me, they don’t accept cash payment's anymore; prior to the morning of my appointment.

My experience at River Dental in Rogers was awesome! I needed dentures and extractions, Dr. Bradley and Dr Rickets and Natalie and the rest of the staff were so wonderful and kind. They explained everything that was happening so I always knew what was going on. I haven't been able to smile in a long time, as you can see from my picture, I am smiling again! Thank you again River Dental, Rogers, you guys are the very best!!

I will start this out by saying after my initial visit to River Dental I only gave them one star. I was someone outraged, because certain prices had been luggage less based on a dental insurance program that we had subscribed to at the last minute suddenly the prices drastically changed as an explained. They had opted out of that program, and no longer accepted that particular insurance. To say I was disappointed, would be an understatement. I probably decided to take my business elsewhere. After visiting with two other dentist, I came to discover that Richard Dental was actually several thousand dollars cheaper than the first place, and that was including the discount with the so after I decided to ask him if I could still seek service to River Dental. Not only was River Dental more affordable than the other two places they were also the only dentist willing to do both the extractions and the dentures that would follow. The other two dental offices I visited requested that I have surgeon extractions due to the court of case never dead and extraordinary job during the process which included visits so far. They did job society, my anxiety, the laughing that helped make it a far easier process for me. They were very kind and like I said, you really cannot beat their prices. So despite my initial review and my initial outrage after the dust settled, they still came out. Victorious says the go to , Dennison office in the Rogers or Bentonville area in my humble opinion. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to get good quality work done a very affordable price. And this is coming from a pessimist who is very angry within that first, so you know if someone like me is getting them such high, praising glory, that it would be hard to find someone in the area who could beat their service. Thank you, River Dental for doing extraordinary job and making this seamless transaction and being so kind despite the initial reaction.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!! Took my son here for last year. He was told he would likely need braces from a fairly you looking male dentist there. The dentist intentionally gave me the incorrect information to mislead me into paying them fully out of pocket now and (not using insurance) and the only route they said that would be available through his insurance to cover - would be for him to hit puberty, then he’d have to go through breaking his jaw in surgery, then his insurance would be able to cover braces for him to realign his jaw, or I could consider paying full out of pocket NOW before he goes through all that. This was VERY WRONG information. I was informed from another dentist that this was not accurate information and to get a second opinion. I decided to CANCEL All future appointments. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to look out for your child’s best interests. It appears they are only looking out for their pocket book and don’t truly look out for the patient. When I informed the staff that I was told this incorrect info, they were extremely rude and said/did nothing to make the situation right, not even a “my bad” was given in any way shape or form. Definitely not the kind of people I want seeing my child!
