This place was good but service has gone downhill I waited 45 mins for fries that doesn't make sense and ended up just leaving after we ate.
Was there at lunch today. Service was super slow. People who were seated after us got their meal before us. Food sucked. I had the BLTA Croissant with fries. Fries were cold. Lettuce and Avocado were brown. Was so bad I could not finish. Got home and now I'm puking my guts out along with other issues. Manager gave a discount but it does not make up for the food and that it made me sick 🤢
It was my husband's birthday and his niece and great-niece had come to town to celebrate him! They'd never eaten at Red Robin, so we wanted to take them. Our waitress was the BEST!!
The food my daughter tried to order wasn't in their system, so it seems that their menus are outdated. The food we got was good and hot. Dessert was decent. The chocolate covered pretzels in the new shake were stale and soggy and the fudge filled cookies were partly cold, but the flavors were good. Service was good, but nothing exceeding expectations.
We purchased for pick up so we can't really vouge for atmosphere but the foot was amazing and ready promptly. There was some mix up in the sides I chose online vs what we received but the sandwiches were so great I never even mentioned it. (I ordered two different entrees for my husband and I to split, roost beef and reuben). They had a gourmet quality to them.
