There aren't enough good words to describe the kind and compassionate people that work here. After moving and needing to find a vet in the area, we came across Pea Ridge Vet. They provided us with options for care and were able to give us another month of quality life with our terminally ill cat before he passed away.

Great service, can usually get in quickly, everyone is friendly, front desk is helpful, prices are reasonable. Saved my 15 yo overcome Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and then were so compassionate 16 months later when we had to say goodbye due to cancer. They also saved the life of our other dog, 4 yo, who was attacked by a pack of dogs. Her entire back quarter hind section was so badly damaged that it took 3 days of hospitalization, months of home care, then a surgery to graft skin back. I honestly thought she would be humanely euthanized. They are so good!

Very disappointed in this vet clinic!!! We have been going her for over a year!! Great prices and have always been told for any charges we might have before a service was performed. Went this morning for a simple nail trim and said our dog had a bump on his elbow and we figured it was just a skin tag!!! Go to check out and they charged us $84!!!! Upon asking why that much they said because we had a full exam plus nail trim. Um no we didn’t have a full exam at all!!! Doctor looked at bump and agreed it was a skin tag but no exam was done or our dog would have been looked over with a fine tooth comb!!! We wasn’t told that there’d be a fee for the doctor to agree with us that the bump was a skin tag. No warning we’d be charged for a so called exam when no exam was done!!! When asking why we weren’t told that we’d be charged for an exam they couldn’t give an answer. Trying to be nice they said we will cut the bill in half. Well half of $84 is $42 but we was charged $53!!!! Not half!!! In all reality, we should not have been charged for an exam when there was not a full exam done on our dog nor were we told that there would be a fee for an exam!!!! Since when does this clinic start charging outrageous prices without warning the customers that there will be this type of fee before doing anything?!?!? We had to use bill money just to pay the $53!!!! Not cool charging people random amounts of money without letting customers know before hand!!!!

Charged $67 for a consultation on top of everything else even though the doctor didn't even look at my pet. He shamed me the entire time because it was past 5 pm even though I came at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment. I added an extra star for the front desk and tech staff because they were nice and work hard, but I won't be bringing my pet back here.
