Sat down, placed an order, and got our food within 10 minutes even though the restaurant was super busy!! Server was great and food was excellent. Every time I come home, this is the restaurant that I request. Fried mozzarella, edamame, and Sweet Joe pizza are amazing!!!!!
This is a pretty popular, busy place and we showed up without reservations. We were seated within about 20 minutes though and the food and service was very good! Loud atmosphere so if you're looking for a quiet spot this isn't it. More of a fun, young vibe. We ordered gazpacho, roasted edamame and pizza. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. If I lived nearby I'd definitely eat there again!
We shared several appetizers and had the fresh watermelon margarita. All delicious and the service was fantastic. Definitely order the charred eggplant with pickled raisins if it's available. Oh, and always order the crispy salt & vinegar potatoes! 11/10 We didn't get pizza this time but it's always a solid choice as well.
Great place for after work drinks. Lots of open seating for small or larger groups. Ours had 8 total. We ordered all the appetizers Andy the were all great. I’ve had the pizza, wood-fired style. I personally prefer Peddlers Pub but this place is a close second due to its variety.
First time going and was not impressed with the food and experience for the most part. Got the Hoboken pizza and garlic bread. The pizza had good flavors but was not cooked very well (lots of flop on the pizza in the middle but outside was crispy). When picking the pizza up, the cheese/toppings on top just fell off as if it was cold on top and warm on the bottom. Garlic cheese bread tasted okay, but the sauce it came with really ruined it, not sure who came up with the combo for that but it is not good at all together. Im not sure how to describe it besides saying it tasted like sour cream and some sort of garlic sauce mixed together. The service was good and waiter was nice. Atmosphere is bland and not really much to speak of here. It could have been a one off experience, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone when bringing up pizza spots to go to.
