Poor management, employees are rude, I paid no attention to their bad reviews. Over charged numerous people, I paid no attention, I should have. Charged me 96 dollars for a shoulder wrap on a YORKIE. His front leg fell out of the wrap, I took him back the next morning and was told he doesn't need a wrap from another vet tech. So why was I charged? I called numerous times only to find out they are keeping my money with no apologies. Look at their complaints, they "apologize" then turn to blame the client. Poor business. I found another vet.
UPDATE:! He has fluid on the lungs with a collapsed trachea and extremely high blood pressure and an enlarged heart!!He would have died if we stayed with Osage.

As first-time pet owners, we couldn't be more grateful for our experience at Osage Vet Clinic! Dr. Sara and her wonderful team made us feel completely at ease during our puppy's visit. Being new to pet care, we had written down many questions and concerns, and they addressed every single one with patience and understanding.
What impressed us most:
1. Beginner-Friendly Approach: Dr. Sara explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms
2. Educational Support: The team provided valuable tips and guidance for new pet parents
3. Patient and Reassuring: They took extra time to ensure both we and our puppy felt comfortable
Dr. Sara was incredibly thorough in her examination and took the time to walk us through basic puppy care, answering questions we didn't even know we should be asking! The entire staff was so patient with our nervousness as new pet parents and made us feel confident in our ability to care for our new family member.
The clinic's welcoming environment put both us and our puppy at ease. They provided us with a comprehensive puppy care guide and were happy to demonstrate basic care techniques we needed to know.
For any new pet owners out there, we highly recommend Osage Vet Clinic. Dr. Sara and her team are the perfect partners for beginning your journey into pet parenthood. We're so relieved to have found such a supportive veterinary clinic for our puppy!

We were customers at Osage from about 2005 to Nov. 14th 2024. When Dr. Austin was alive the clinic was friendly, compassionate, they knew our babies by name. Her love for animals reflected in the employees. Dr. Austin ❤️ little Lou. You can imagine how I felt having an appointment 11/14 which was an emergency, the clinic was more concerned about getting their freaking money vs. moving with urgency. We were established patients and have never not paid. They were slow to respond only to tell us to go to the hospital. We wasted precious time and had to put our 7 year old down the following day. I feel responsible because the last few times we’ve been in it had become a transactional relationship and haven’t seen the same vet twice and the staff, not friendly and frankly rude. Osage has turned into the opposite of Dr. Austin’s vision and we will not go back.

Love that they know my dog as soon as she enters the building. We always receive wonderful and through service. While she never likes going to the vet, everyone at Osage makes the process so much easier!

Labeling the Hancock, Cave Springs, and the Osage locations as “sister locations” is actually pretty deceiving because they do not have a shared record system. In the future, please notify existing customers from the other sister locations that they need to bring proof of rabies vaccination more than two hours in advance of their appointment.
Had the Osage location notified me of this earlier in the week by leaving a voicemail or sending an email (as I don’t answer calls from unidentified numbers anymore because of spam calls), I would have contacted my vet at their sister location and had the shot records sent over. Additionally, this stipulation isn’t located on their website or on their shared web-based appointment booking system.
Instead, by supposedly notifying me two hours in advance of my appointment that I needed to have the shot records, I wasn’t able to have those records sent over because my vet was closed. This was incredibly frustrating and I will now have to delay their appointment for another three weeks because I will be out of town for the holidays.
