The whole team was amazing in helping with my young dog who had contracted Parvo. Very kind and compassionate towards me, as I was very upset. They took excellent care of my dog and also stayed in regular contact with me so that I would know what was happening. My little fellow is home now and I'm so grateful for the care and the compassion both of us were shown.
We love Oak View Animal Clinic. We’ve taken our dogs here for nearly 12 years, and there’s nowhere else we would trust to care for our animals the way that the people at Oak View do. Dr. Sherman quite literally saved the life of one of our dogs when he was a puppy; he is almost 12 now. Dr. Keturah has helped keep this same dog healthy these last few years as Dr. Sherman has began to work at the clinic less. Dr. Keturah is always so helpful and gives such supportive advice. Every single Vet Tech we have encountered is excellent as well! They really act like they love what they do. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Keturah, Emma and the other sweet girl whose name I forgot were so sweet while Moose and I were there. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of Moose! You are all precious!
Had an appointment at 1:40pm came in 10 minutes early. Didn’t get attended till 2:04 and they only sent me to a room to wait some more. I walk out at 2:20pm I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to pick up my kids from school. Only nice thing they did is call me to reschedule. I declined.
Great experience! Took my senior dog in for a second opinion. He has OA and trouble walking so they put a yoga mat in the floor to help steady him then sat in the floor to evaluate him! To me that speaks volumes about their care and compassion!
