I can’t thank the staff of New Smile enough for treating me with so much respect and kindness. Going to the dentist has never been a visit I look forward to, but they made me feel so comfortable and my teeth feel and look better than ever.
The receptionist was very helpful and kind so I thought I had found a good dentist. Boy was I wrong! I had to explain to the dentist that bc of no insurance for 10 years I hadn't been able to have any dental work or cleanings done. He proceeded to berate me and told me sometimes we have to learn how to prioritize what's important. Seriously? So I should let my kids go hungry so I can give him hundreds of dollars to fix my teeth?! I was made to feel below human by that man. He was cold and acted very entitled toward me. After his little talk he checked and worked a little on my teeth cleaning them. He caused bleeding and severe pain. I've had good dental care for most of my life including braces. I brush everyday. He had my mouth really hurting and bleeding and me in tears when i left his office. After all that he was going to charge me 500 per tooth (8 of them) after insurance to put crowns on. I'll NEVER EVER GO BACK. If your one of us normal poor folks stay away, you won't have a good experience.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Everything in the office is very clean. My appointment was hassle free. Even though my insurance is out of network, they still worked with me to get the best pricing for my visit.
Really amazing place to go. From the receptionist already knowing my name when I walked into Jessica getting me in right away! I'm already anxious to go to a dentist, but he and Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable. They continuously asked me if I was ok. I have a very long journey ahead of me, and I'm so glad to have found Jessica and the Dr. There isn't a single person in the office who wasn't welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, especially in the long term. They make sure you are aware of aftercare, and Jessica even checked in on me to make sure everything was OK. This is definitely the place to go!
