This has been Lillian's second check up and cleaning at Mint. We really love that we can get an appointment as late at 6pm when needed. Kylie was absolutely wonderful and so sweet. The dentist was wonderful as well and I enjoyed his humor. We will continue to come here.
I had an incredible visit at Mint Dental today. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The quality of treatment was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have wonderful Emotional Support Dogs available. The entire team cares about the patient and that speaks volumes!
They are most definitely customer service oriented. Make sure you are informed of what they are going to do, what it's going to cost you, what your insurance will/will not cover and above all, make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Let's be honest, has anyone ever met someone who actually likes going to the dentist?? Well, Mint is the closest thing to enjoying a trip to the dentist office I've ever experienced.... And I had a tooth pulled.
Overall great experience, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease I received a cleaning first visit , will definitely make them my dental care place. Thanks to the entire staff keep up the great customer service.
Everything about Mint Dental is perfect. Everyone working there was kind, professional and caring. Everything about my visit was explained and any of many questions were answered. Dr. Trenton is the best dentist I have ever worked with. They all work so hard to keep it stress free.
