The staff were amazingly considerate and kind. If I had been an anxious patient they would’ve been really good at helping me relax. Dr. Thibodeaux was wonderful to work with. Not pushy and listened to my concerns. The clinic uses state of the art techniques and I finally got an answer as to why a certain tooth had bothered me in the past.
Dr. Reed and Raleigh are amazing! Dr. Reed took his time explaining his findings and my options. It's rare to find a doctor who isn't in a rush! My dental hygienist Raleigh was very thorough and helpful. She made the experience one of my best! Thank you both!
Dr. Reed and Jackie!!!! The best!!! I can go on and on. I am literally changing dentists due do this one time meeting and in emergency getting to be their patient. There is not enough room Here to explain the superb treatment I got from both them! The whole office is a blessing! Thank you. i saw them on Monday and turned 50 on Tuesday (yesterday)! They were part of my gifts!
Firstly, Dr. Reed is the best best dentist I've ever had. Hands down, no second thought about it. Their scheduling and billing team, on the other hand, leave a lot to be desired. They scheduled my appointments in such a way that the timeline would leave services uncovered by my insurance. This created an outstanding balance for something that would normally be covered if scheduled correctly. Not a good way to run a practice! BTW, instead of accepting their fault, they'll send you to collection for $150.
Dr. Tibodeaux is an excellent addition to this facility. Speaking to him about my issues is easy and he genuinely cares about my worries. Johnny makes me feel like we’re buds when they’re working on my teeth. 10/10 patient care!
