Food was excellent per usual although my sandwich was a bit small for the price but still delicious and the size of my salad made up for it so I wasn’t hungry when I left. What was a bit off putting was the surly young lady who took my order. Had a terrible attitude and was incredibly rude when I asked for lemon in my water- of all things. When I went to sit down I was sitting close to the servers in the kitchen and they were very loudly and inappropriately discussing customers in the most petty way. They were all young and very immature which can be expected but this is the kind of behavior a manager should see and take care of. Just didn’t make for a great experience when you’re spending $15 for lunch at a sit down place.
Wow. The food is AMAZING. I ordered Mac and cheese and a potato and it’s the best tasting I’ve ever had. They checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything. Very clean. 10/10.
My traveling partner and I were starving one night. The desk staff at the oasis, suggested that we try McAllister‘s deli. It was very close and we ordered salads and chili. The chili was very hot temperature wise and the salads were fresh and tasty. They were training at a young man that night to be a table cleanup person. I thought that the manager was doing a good job of coaching all in all this is a great place to go. Families were in there when we were in there and the kids were well behaved and not loud.
Much bigger inside than it appears. This is a usually spot for lunch and dinner and it’s always great. The giant spud with sweet tea is definitely my go to. Staff is always friendly and food is always right. What more can you ask for?
Last 3 visits they have messed my online order up. First time they left the chicken off of my chipotle CHICKEN and bacon spud. Last time they left the bacon off of the spud. It’s literally in the name of the item I ordered, how do you mess that up? This time they forgot my drink, told the lady who brought it out, then she brings out the wrong drink. Service couldn’t be much worse. If you order take out, don’t leave without checking your food, because they probably messed it up. Once or twice is fine, but 3 times in row? C’mon now…
