My traveling partner and I were starving one night. The desk staff at the oasis, suggested that we try McAllister‘s deli. It was very close and we ordered salads and chili. The chili was very hot temperature wise and the salads were fresh and tasty. They were training at a young man that night to be a table cleanup person. I thought that the manager was doing a good job of coaching all in all this is a great place to go. Families were in there when we were in there and the kids were well behaved and not loud.

Much bigger inside than it appears. This is a usually spot for lunch and dinner and it’s always great. The giant spud with sweet tea is definitely my go to. Staff is always friendly and food is always right. What more can you ask for?

Last 3 visits they have messed my online order up. First time they left the chicken off of my chipotle CHICKEN and bacon spud. Last time they left the bacon off of the spud. It’s literally in the name of the item I ordered, how do you mess that up? This time they forgot my drink, told the lady who brought it out, then she brings out the wrong drink. Service couldn’t be much worse. If you order take out, don’t leave without checking your food, because they probably messed it up. Once or twice is fine, but 3 times in row? C’mon now…

Usually service is average, which is definitely fine for a fast food option. This review is many months past due. I was only reminded because I so quickly dismissed them as an option for months. Arrived 1 full hour before close. Advised we were dine in. We were told the dining room closes in 20 minutes, so if we chose to eat in we would be rushed. Laughed because there is not drive through option. Our nachos were covered in cold meat/tomato/cheese substance that was completely inedible. Told the people at the register and they were quick to remind us they closed on 9 minutes (still 41 minutes to actual store closing) and did nothing about our disgusting nachos. Both of our meals were cold, soggy bread for our sandwiches. Pitiful. We used to go to our local restaurant 2-3 times per month. We haven't been back in over 6 months. Your staff is lazy. If they close at 8:20pm, list that as the closing time and not 9:00pm.

Good food for lunch BUT the wait is kind of a bummer. On average, I can wait almost 20 minutes for my sandwich/salad to take out. The place is clean, the people are nice, and the food is good. I keep coming back even if the wait is frustrating.
