I had a bathroom in an old house that had years of seeping water, thus making the floor and floor joists rot. I wanted someone that would work with me as I wanted to do some of the demolition and construction myself, however I needed the expertise of a plumber during the process. Will shows up and gives me a quote a couple different ways, and I have to admit, he wasn't cheap. I decided to do the demo myself and build back the floor. Will helped me along the way with advice, both in person and over text. When it was time for him to do the plumbing he was fast and efficient. What I like about Will was his honesty and "get it done" attitude. He is, by far, the best plumber I have ever hired. I would recommend this company, and Will especially, for all of your plumbing needs.
Fantastic experience! We just moved into our new house and the Black Hills Gas company was out to replace our gas meter when the tech, Jake, noticed our water heater was leaking & the pan was filled with water when he went to relight the pilots. Called our HOI & they sent out MOD within 30 min of my call. AJ & Alex called & arrived a few minutes later and determined we needed a new water heater now. They took out the old one, which was original to the house build from 2001, replaced everything plus got it up to code the same day!! We were blown away by the promptness, care and the education as a new homeowner on how to maintain it moving forward! Customer for life and will praise them & this company to everyone I know. Simply the best, THANK YOU to both companies for having such wonderful techs and plumbers!!
I accidentally flushed my work badge with its retractable badge holder down my toilet. I made a phone call to masters of disaster on Monday. They were able to fit me into their schedule and had somebody come out on a Wednesday. Within less than 30 minutes, they were able to retrieve most of the badge and able to clear the pipe. Want to say special thank you to AJ and his helper, they were extremely courteous and Explained everything throughout the process. The office staff as well as dispatch was incredibly nice as well. Would highly recommend this company if we should ever have to need them again.
Will and his apprentice did an excellent job! They were courteous and efficient -- true professionals. They helped me with my kitchen garbage disposal and a clogged drain in my bathroom sink. Will gave me tips on how to prolong the lifespan of my garbage disposal, the do's and don'ts, and I would highly recommend this company before anyone else!
Never fun to call a plumber but from now on this will be the only company I use. Had a main sewer line in my house clogged which caused major backup and overflow. Niaha a senior tech walked me through the normal steps of what the tech Josh was going to perform. Now keep in mind this is at 11pm at night and in the morning I fly out so I need it done asap. As soon as he got here he got the job done and double checked everything. Thank you and I will let everyone know how great of a company and customer service they displayed.
