Dr. Evans and his team are incredible! Everyone is so kind and patient! I'm so glad to have found this Dentistry that cares so much about their patients! I had an issue with a previous filling breaking off, and he got it looked at and scheduled a filling after educating me on other problem areas that I had as well! I also appreciate the explanation of what needs to be done so that I can better understand the procedure. I am autistic and adhd so explaining what needs to be done and clarifying any questions I have helps to settle any apprehensiveness I have with procedures. I also have EDS and POTS so procedures that include anesthetic always makes me nervous because the numbing doesn't always take so I have had numerous times where previous dentists had to give me more numbing which always makes me feel exhausted. Both times I went to get my fillings done, it was quick and painless!! I always feel like I'm in good hands!
Friendly, helpful staff. The new office is well equipped with the best and latest technology. I have been seeing my favorite dental hygienist, Cindy for years and she is the best!
I went in for an appointment and nothing was actually done because the sensitivity I was feeling they didn’t see anything and told me to use different toothpaste. I paid for my appointment and left. I go back a year later for a broken tooth and they had no front office that day and decided to not do anything that day because they were understaffed which was a waste of time. I go back for my filling appointment and they tell me I owe $150 from my appointment a year ago which they never contacted me or followed up on that appointment. They claimed my insurance never paid. I called my insurance and they said a claim was never filed. I asked why they never reached out about payment and main street said they were just willing to write it off because it was a small appointment but because I came back they couldn’t do my appointment today until I paid this balance. The bed side manner of this interaction was one of the worst and it seemed like they just didn’t want to work with me because my insurance was not what they typically work with, which they could have just said from the start and I could have not wasted my time. Also this place is just not warm, friendly, or attentive. Glad to take my business elsewhere.

The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and their professionalism and efficiency are top-notch. Having moved from a metropolitan area, I was pleasantly surprised to find a dental practice that combines big-city expertise with a small-town dentist's genuine care and personal touch. My husband and I have been patients since we moved to Bentonville two years ago, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience.
