Dec. 30, high of 62, but temp dropping. A bit warm in here with the heater. Food was amazing; service was swift and pleasant. Not much for desserts, but I like that. Decent prices; I tried a mini cold, and a regular hot sub with a drink for right around $20. Parking is simple and plentiful. Great place.
I hate to leave negative reviews because I’ve had great service and experience from this location for years. Im from the East Coast and appreciate Jersey Mikes because they do subs right. I’m compelled to give negative feedback because they’ve repeatedly gotten orders incorrect for my family recently. The last two times I ordered delivery a Giant sub was missing one time and all the chips from my order was left off and the subs were not made to how I wanted them another time. Quality control on delivery orders is simply not there. I called to complain and let them know of the error and they did offer to make it right. I’d say you should always go in and order in person as they are very likely to mess up anything ordered online.
Called in an order for 3 sandwiches, one ended up without the correct bread. I mean that happens but so disappointing when you get home and discover that. Sheesh! On another note, I appreciate the amount of meat and cheese in the Italian sub. I prefer not oil and vinegar because I don't like soggy food so I sub w/Mayo and YUM! Overall it works!
1st time eating at Jersey Mike's as I have a hard time paying $20 for a 14" sub sandwich. Blake recommended the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak and it was really good. Capriotti's offers an 18" for about $1 more but this sandwich was pretty good. The chipotle mayo was the highlight. Michael at checkout was a kind and talkative chap who seemed to actually give a damn about the customer experience which is rare nowadays. He asked how I was doing and even listened and engaged when I went out of my way to give him an exhaustive answer. Quick in and out, service with a smile and encouraged me to join their app to earn free sandwiches in the future, including birthdays was a nice touch. Worthy of the $5 tip, sandwich value was on the low side but just about everything is nowadays due to inflation.
Always a great experience!!! My husband call the #13 (THE LAKEDA'S SPECIAL) Because that's what I always get 😆 🤣 😂. Love it
