Dentist was great, but the billing lady is rude and my family will not be back. I asked why we received another bill in the mail after I had asked for the cost up front and paid after the service was done and it was because insurance didn't pay all of it. I was upset because instead of her apologizing that they could have explained the billing better, she said it wasn't their fault and I was mad at the wrong people and was arguing with me over the phone for several minutes. It was for a filling, so they should known the costs of something basic, but even if they didn't, they could have been nice and explained better instead of arguing with me that they did no wrong and explained it perfectly. Terrible customer service. Billing is hard, I get that, but don't argue with your patients and make them feel like its their fault. Horrible experience being argued with when you wanted clarification and explanation. * Edit- I know what happened with the billing now. My issue is with how I was treated and how I have heard other first hand accounts of how rude the billing lady is. It's not just me that she was rude to. Instead of it being calming explained, she argued for 10 minutes. My family and extended family that went there will not be back. Its about how we were treated at the end of the day, not the dollar amount in question.
The best dentist office in the area! Hands down! They are so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The whole family goes here. They are perfect with kids. My 1 year old was so calm when we came in, and it was his first time. They helped my husband with an issue he was having with his teeth. Always willing to help! These are the sweet people ever! They even know us by name. I highly recommend!!
I am so thankful for Dr. Holman and his crew! I had a mountain bike crash that left me with a broken front tooth. As you can imagine, it induced all the anxiety and panic. They were able to fit me in and fix my tooth even though they already had a busy day on the books. They walked me through everything, and assured me it would be ok, and it was! Dr. Holman did an excellent job. You can't even tell! He and his staff are rockstars!
Dr. Holman and Moises have been wonderful to have as my dental care providers! I have always struggled with anxiety when it comes to Dentist and this team has made that all go away. Modern technology coupled with knowledgeable professionals and detail oriented work make for a great experience! Shout out to Helen as well for always working with my schedule!
I've been nothing but pleased with Holman Family Dentistry! When I called for the first time, in great pain, I was reassured very quickly that an appointment was available for me and payment options were in place. Since my first visit I've felt comfortable wth all of the staff and have never been in pain while being worked on. Dr. Holman is kind and gentle, as are all of the staff. The focus at Holman seems to be for EVERYONE to get dental care and I love it. I highly recommend this dental clinic!
