I've been taking my gang to Hancock Vet Clinic for almost 4 years now, and over the last two years, I've had three senior dogs with various special needs. Throughout this time, the clinic has been a constant source of support. They’ve always made sure to get my dogs in whenever I needed, and they were incredibly attentive to my senior girls all the way through to the end. Dr. Hargis is who I usually see, though I've also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Brandy and Dr. Knoedl. Anyone can do an annual exam and administer vaccines, but what truly sets this team apart is their ability to excel at diagnostics. They are amazing at getting to the root of whatever is going on with my animals when they're not feeling well. I'm incredibly grateful for their care and expertise.

My experience at Hancock veterinary with Dr. Booth and her assistant has exemplary. Dr. Booth takes dedicated time in the exam and provides options to your pets issues. She never dismisses the problem with common statements such as it's allergies, you'll just deal with it or when they get to that age they're just gonna have pains. At one point through our visit when Dr. Booth called to give us updates, she mentioned that she had been thinking about our pets problem after we had been there and had some other ideas that she presented to me. It has been years since I went to a veterinary clinic where the doctor thought about my pet one minute after they left the exam room. The assistants at front desk get back with you quickly and ensure your requests are met. In these times where service is so poor across so many businesses it is refreshing to receive service from people who care. Thank you for coming to work each day and for focusing on our pets.

Great experience with Hancock today. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Our pup has a tooth abscess and had to be seen today and we were so thankful that Hancock was open. The tech and Dr were so gentle and Baby responded well to them. We were seen right away and the doctor spent plenty of time talking with us and explaining next steps and options. This was our first visit with them. I highly recommend.

We love Hancock veterinary clinic! They saved our cats life when she had Bobcat fever, They helped us take a pet on international travel and have always been caring, gentle, kind and thorough.

I would not trust anyone but Dr. Hargis and the Hanacock Vet crew with my fur babies! Everyone in this place is super friendly and caring and competent. If you are looking for a safe place that feels like home to care for your pets then this is the place in NWA. Just ask my Hazel! Lol
