Everyone was so friendly and kind .. especially Dr. G, Joanna, Crystal And Kristen. this was my first visit and I was very nervous.. First of all was greeted with a hug which was so nice ..as I have never experienced that anywhere else. I am feeling very confident that they will help me with my dental issues. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful.
The staff is amazing!! Got in quickly, very thorough, and professional. The only thing is cost. Very expensive even with insurance. If you're on a fixed income it makes it very hard to take care of your dental health especially if you have crappy insurance. I wish it was more affordable, but unfortunately not in today's world.
I must say, the people at this place took such great care of me and made me feel so good… they actually made me LOVED, as strange as it may sound?! I believe I had someone named Ashley working on me, (I think that was her name), but she was so gentle, so much fun and beyond kind. Dentist was also so kind and funny! Front desk ladies were so nice and just all around great people. I left there with an “adult goody bag”, with a brand new electric toothbrush and so much more! I haven’t received care and kindness like that anywhere else. They took the time to actually talk to me, explain things, and help me out. I’ll recommend them always, and I’m actually excited to go back haha looking forward to spending time here! Thanks so much for everything guys!
My experience with Family Dental Care of Rogers has always been excellent. I recently needed extensive repair and bridge created, and like most people I never ever look forward to dental procedures. However, Joanna, Ashley and Dr. G made the event painless and easy. My procedure lasted over 4 hours and they exhausted all efforts to make me comfortable. They kept me informed at each step and answered every question I had. The people at the front desk made everything easy and thoroughly explained all the costs and what my insurance would cover. These are a team of true professionals exhibiting concern and compassion for their patient. I highly recommend them.
The most caring and trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure of being under their care!!!! They actually care about what you need and are willing to do whatever they can to make sure that you get the best care available!!!!! Please if you ever need dental help please go to Family Dental Care of Roger's they will be there for you if you are serious about getting help for your dental health even if you don't have insurance!!!!! They should all be treated with respect, because that's what they will do for you!!!!!! I can't say enough great things about them, but I would love to think them all from the bottom of my heart for helping me become pain free!!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR CARING!!!!!!
