Our gas hot water heater element pilot went out, and from the initial call to the appointment, they kept us informed via text of our appointment time. Kyle was our technician and showed up promptly within the repair window to execute diagnosis. He informed me of the main issues normally seen with the setup and went to work. Within a few minutes, he had identified the problem and had it repaired shortly thereafter. On top of taking care of our problem, Kyle was very personable, and we had a chance to connect as people. He is definitely a good representative of the company, and that alone earned our future business and trust. I will definitely recommend Davis Plumbing & Repair for your needs.
Just had an awesome experience with John and Davis Plumbing…. John is a sweetheart…. Extremely knowledgeable in what he is doing!!! He did an amazing g job with what we needed done…. I put John and Davis Plumbing in my contacts and we will use them for all are plumbing needs in the future!!! Also a big shout out to Misty who was just fantastic !!! We had the best experience with Davis! When I first spoke to Misty who was so kind and really understood our situation, she was able to arrange for Kyle (who came highly recommended) out on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I love that Davis sends you a text with the Plumbers picture and when they will arrive. Kyle was AWESOME! They were there until 7:30, never complained and said they just wanted to make sure everything was up and running again for the holiday weekend. We felt like the water pressure was set too low so he back on Tuesday and adjusted it so we were happy! We would recommend them over and over again!
Outstanding customer service! From the phone call to the plumber on site (Kyle M.) the experience was fantastic. Repaired the water leak efficiently and the costs were much better than I expected. Would recommend using Davis Plumbing to anyone!!!
Davis Plumbing is SUPER! They have always done very good work. My technicians for this water line replacement were Jonathan and Joseph. It was an extremely challenging job. They worked hard and well together. Finished the job to my satisfaction. Charged as per quoted estimate. Highly recommend.
