I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Culpepper's dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how efficiently they managed appointments. I was promptly attended to and didn't have to wait long at all. The thoroughness of the teeth cleaning was truly remarkable. The dental hygienist was gentle and meticulous, ensuring that every nook and cranny was taken care of. My teeth felt incredibly clean and refreshed afterward. Moreover, Dr. Culpepper's communication skills were outstanding. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His friendly and approachable demeanor instantly put me at ease, creating a comfortable environment for dental care. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Culpepper to anyone seeking dental services. The combination of promptness, exceptional cleaning, and effective communication truly sets him apart. I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist.

I was sad to switch dentist at first, but after my experience with Culpepper I'm so happy I did! Lilly is AMAZING and the ladies at the front desk are very friendly. They are more than polite when explaining everything and answer the million questions I always have. For the first time in my life, I look forward and enjoy going to the dentist!

I started going to Culpepper Family Dentristy when I first moved to Arkansas several years ago and this has been my experience. Terrible from start to finish, at times even laughable. With each cleaning the hygienist felt the need to give me a tutorial of how to correctly floss. Now maam, I'm 42 years old, I know how to floss, you don't have to get out the fake teeth and show me like I'm a three year old. If you can't clean my teeth correctly than maybe you should just say that or schedule extra cleanings in between. But what really was a cause for concern for me and is the actual reason I'm writing this review is the crown I recieved. I took off work on the day of my crown, waiting over 90 minutes, all for which for them to tell me that their machine broke down and I would not be getting my crown today. Then the dentist wanted to remove the temporary crown and replace it with another one. He actually acted shocked when I screamed out in pain the first time he started drilling. Like how dare my body not take to the numbing shot in two minutes. I know you have other patients to see, but it's not my fault that your crown machine broke down and you are having trouble removing the temporary crown. When I screamed out again, he had the audacity to laugh when the nurse asked if I was in pain. Not to mention that when I first set down in the chair she didn't believe me when I told her what side of my mouth the temporary crown was on, she actually started pulling at a perfectly good tooth. When I finally did get my new crown, I recieved no apology at all for the inconvenience, just a look of disbelief when I said I needed to be numbed again because I could feel the drill. Needless to say I will be looking for another dentist and I would advise everyone to avoid this place. Unless you have all the time in the world for waiting and cleaning demonstrations, oh and if you like pain, than by all means, book an appointment.

Best experience I’ve EVER had at a dentist. I switched to this place and couldn’t be happier with ALL the staff.

Don't waste your money or time here! I recently had a crown finished. Something didn't feel right with the crown. It was much higher than the rest of my tooth line. Also still felt open. I went back for them to review it. He said all I needed was a cleaning. This diagnosis just didn't make sense to me. I scheduled with another dentist to review the issue. He had to shave the crown down and found a 3 millimeter gap in the newly installed crown!
