Loud but cheap the pizza dough was not cooked and all of them were extremely doughy on the bottom. My friend took a bite out of the macaroni and cheese pizza and actually spew it out on the table. It was not a luncheon memory that I would like to remember a long time there were many children screaming throughout the restaurant I think they were screaming to get out lol
So, I visited this establishment two hours before closing, which I believe is more than a reasonable time to expect basic service. While I understand that the food selection may be limited later in the evening, I would still expect the available options to be somewhatt fresh. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The food was incredibly old, with some items having hardened to the point of being inedible, while others were barely edible at all. Additionally, one of the employees was cleaning near the food using a household glass cleaner, not a food-safe product (if such a product exists). The employee was spraying the cleaner over the hot plates where food was still being served, and from my table, I could see the overspray landing on the food. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to pay for such poor-quality food and unsanitary practice.
We took 4 kids ages 5-16. Grandparents weren't thrilled...at first. The kids had all the types of pizza they wanted and were very happy. The grownups tried the sald bar, which was fantastic. Everything was fresh, and the bar was clean and well stocked. We were so impressed we went back a few days later (no kids) just for the salad bar.
I do love the salad bar at CiCi's Pizza. I wish they had French dressing they only have ranch in Italian. Pizza is decent and it's at an awesome price. The staff are always friendly. Best place to get a pizza and salad.
OLD I hope I can change this review in the future... UPDATE These are some of my favorite reviews to make Cici's fan all my life... This place is really nice, almost fancy interior. Service fast, staff is very friendly and helpful. For all you can eat buffet- it's a pretty good price. The salad is salad, the pasta is good, and the desserts are good. I've always loved how if they don't have a pizza you like you can order whatever you want free. The pizza quality has improved! My previous review I explained how the quality and taste of the pizza wasn’t the greatest and now I am pleased to say it’s much better! The buffet is worth it if you just eat the cheese sticks! They are amazing! I love it when a pizza comes together! (I mean plan)
