The food was good. Not the best sub I've ever had but good. I had a French dip, my wife has a classic Italian and daughter had a kids meal ham and cheese. Hate companies that when you order a water they give you a baby cup. The prices are high for what you get in my opinion. Id give 3.5* if that was an option. Chose 4 because they do a lot for fundraising for people who need it.

I normally love Capriotti's, and my go-to sandwich is the Capastrami. However, I went there just now to grab a sandwich to-go (large Capastrami) and I am so, so, so disappointed. If I didn't have to stay in office & work the rest of the day, I'd go back and drop it at their door because it's THAT BAD.
The pastrami was super bland, and not grilled, so it had no color. It feels like they threw it in the microwave to warm it up, and it tastes like corned beef TBH.
The bread also had no color and was cold like it had just come out of the fridge and not an oven. It was not toasted, which I feel like it used to be put on the flat top to warm it up for hot sandwiches. The coleslaw had SO MUCH PEPPER on it that I had to scrape it off.
Honestly, I spent $28 for a sandwich and a bag of chips PLUS tip and this sandwich is trash. I know the owner was sitting there greeting people so I hope he reads this. DO BETTER.

First and last time I will ever eat here. I placed a to-go order so I didn’t have the opportunity to request a refund in person. I’m pretty sure the chicken was undercooked. It was mushy and slimy. Literally an inedible salad that immediately went into the trash.

We went here for the first time and absolutely loved the subs. They were big, generous with the meat and toppings, and unique with the types of sandwiches they offer. The classic cheese steak was great. We tried the Hot Bobbie (turkey, stuffing, cranberries, and mayo) and felt like an early Thanksgiving meal. I highly recommend trying Capriotti’s if you haven't.

This is a wonderful sandwich shop with a super clean atmosphere. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options and tried the veggie Turkey sandwich, which was pretty good! There was a huge amount of veggie Turkey so half of a small sandwich and a salad was enough for a meal for me. I would come back to try some of the other sandwiches.
