As a new client, I had my first appointment for a tooth that was causing pain and tenderness. I was treated so kindly and professionally by all of the staff. The Dental Tech was super nice with a very sweet demeanor and Dr. Benton was the best! He ensured he took his time to explain what the findings were and covered the recommended treatment course. How would I rate this first visit interaction? I would give them a big outstanding A+ on interpersonal skills and the service provided. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Staff was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were able to get me in at exactly the time scheduled. DR and Assistant were very professional and informative about the process. Very clean and organized!
Bright Ridge was very helpful with my wisdom teeth removal! Very fast and efficient. I haven’t had any issues since my surgery and I feel great even after it only being 3 days later. The people are very friendly and take of you very well.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and my concerns were taken seriously. The only down side is that they are very busy and need to schedule procedures very far out. They do put you on a “short list” and will call if there is a cancellation, but there are no guarantees.
We have been loyal clients of Bright Ridge Dental. Doctor KC and staff are absolutely top notch. They have earned our trust and recommendations since we started going to them 10 years or so ago. My daughter when she was little used to be super scared of dentists due to a bad experience that’s when we found Bright Ridge and Dr. KC earned her trust and never again she felt scared. It’s always a positive experience there. Love the staff too, they all go above and beyond. Grateful to have this level of dentistry in NWA.
