Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. Staff was great, from communicating regarding the initial appointment to explaining treatment plan and insurance benefits. Due to emergencies offices often run behind and while they did run slightly behind appointment time (approx 15 mins) due to communication it didn’t seem like long. Doctor was great, gentle and noninvasive on initial exam. Biggest bonus: they were able to quickly schedule much needed treatment within the same week.
DEFINITELY the best dentist in NWA! Everyone was very nice and professional, and took the time to make sure I was all good before ever starting the procedure. I am beyond thankful for such a great dentistry, and I am glad they have such an amazing team. Great work Aspen Dental, keep up the great work!
Love Aspen Dental. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction. I left with an appointment the next day and a game plan for my overall dental health. I won’t lie I have neglected my oral health for a while. Life gets in the way. I worked with Dr. Pelphrey, along with her assistants, whom accepted me where I was without judgement or harassment, on my dental needs and opportunities. Working with the office manager, Trisha worked with my insurance. She came up with an overall game plan, to help me achieve my dental needs and goals. Overall this place is amazing. I am so happy with my dental health needs being met and having the best smile ever! Thank you Aspen dental for having a person to answer the phone on a Friday night during the Holidays! You guys are The Best!!!
So very professional, kind and thorough. I consulted with several members of the staff as well as the Dentist. It was very reassuring in light of past experience at another clinic. This group is top notch!
Had a great experience the Aspen team helped me a lot. Helped me get financed for what I needed to get done. Tish kincade the Front desk receptionist is Super polite. Doctor Jessica walked me through dental plan. Dr. J gave her professional advice to what I should get done 1st. I’d recommend this great office to anyone
