We have had several great experiences with Allied over the last few months. Allied found and repaired the source of a leak during our rebuild, replaced a water heater, and repaired 2 AC units and a leak in my home. They were super courteous and cleaned up after they completed their work. I recommend Allied for any Plumbing, air, or electric needs!
I was able to get an appointment very quick, they are very friendly and easy to work with. They took time to explain what the problem was. Replaced the faulty thermostat and took extra time to ensure that everything was working properly before they left. Signed up for yearly membership for them to come out and check the AC before summer and heat before winter, they will replace an air filter when they come out. Definitely recommend their company.
Had a clogged bathroom sink drain. Shane at Allied was here quickly, unclogged it in an efficient and professional manner, and it was done! Everything is working great. Really appreciated the service.
So I didn’t know that septic tanks should be preventatively pumped from time to time. Found that out by chance on a YouTube video. Found my tank and uncovered my lid to find 30 years was just about too long in between pumps. Luckily we didn’t have any sewage back up issues but we weren’t far from it!!! Anyway Kadarius rolls in does his thing, which was way more work than I was expecting it to be. He acts like it’s no big deal, was super polite and really did a thorough job. BTW they were a referral from a friend. I will refer them as well. Great job and good experience.
I had a great experience with Allied today. Charlie came out to my apartment same day on a Saturday to deal with a particularly difficult clog. He was thorough and communicative, talking me through everything he did, and he tried multiple methods until he could clear the block and get my plumbing working again. He then recommended next steps for my apartment complex to take to ensure this issue doesn't happen again. Thanks for your help, Charlie!
