The good people at All Pets have taken great care of our pups over the years but they went above and beyond when one of our doodles was swept out in the recent tornado. They were so kind and gentle with him and checked on him (and us throughout the week). Couldn’t recommend this vet more!
Brought my boy Odysseus in for a checkup+ got a clean bill of health. The folks there just love him + treat him like their own
Hands down the best vet office in NWA. They are great with our guinea pigs and dog. Staff are always friendly and helpful. All of the vets are thorough and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and excellent care every time. They always get us in quickly if needed. The Bentonville location is great too. We have visited 10+ times for everything from routine visits to allergies to pallative care. Have been very pleased and grateful for All Pets!
If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. I emailed our shot records to this establishment and was in contact with them throughout the course of several emails. The day that we were supposed to drop our dogs off couldn't have gone worse... Upon entering the building and heading straight to the reception desk, it was clear that all 3 staff members I interacted with had no sense of urgency, professionalism, basic social skills, or respect for anyone's time. As my dogs were actively excited and pulling me around, the receptionist spent ~10 minutes playing 50 questions with me (things that were already filled out online and that they should have known, all while watching me struggle with the dogs) and then informed me that both dogs would need additional shots which would have been an additional ~$500 on top of the boarding costs. This was an extremely frustrating experience, I ended up walking out and taking my dogs to a different boarder who accepted the shot records I had already provided proof of, and no additional shots were ever needed. Had I truly needed to get additional shots for my dogs, they had our records and contact info for over a month and could have called/emailed us to let us know. Highly disappointed.
Absolutely love All Pets!! The vets are amazing, so caring, and I never feel rushed during my pet’s appt. We’ve also boarded here with great experiences. Their communication is truly top notch, with texting follow ups (so nice!) and returned phone calls the same day! Would 100% recommend!
