We contacted 5 companies for estimates on a termite policy. Alder Pest Control provided an accurate estimate, had the best combination of service, coverage and value. The technicians showed up as scheduled, kept us updated on the progress, and closed the gates when they completed the service. We appreciated that so much. They uncovered a hornet nest in our side yard that delayed the initial service and promptly rescheduled once the coast was clear.

Bill at Alder Pest Control has been our exterminator since we moved here in 2015. He is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. We have not had any issues, because he is quick to respond. I can rest easy knowing he is taking care of our home. I know I can trust him!

Great experience all around! Setting up service was simple and efficient. Everyone from the company was very quick to respond and thorough in their communication. They were at our house performing our first service two days after we called. Several people recommended Alder to us and it makes sense why.
