PARADE APPLICATIONS OPEN OCT 1 AND CLOSE OCT 31.
THEME: Christmas On Canvas
Save the date for the 2024 Bentonville Christmas Parade! This long-loved tradition is a favorite within our community. Last year we saw over 100 floats, had incredible live acts, and got to celebrate the Holidays together as a community.
The parade begins at 6 PM. More information can be found within the application linked above. Please fully read the guidelines and policy upon applying.

October 1st through October 31st: Parade applications are open

November 4th: Acceptance emails are sent to approved applicants.

November 4th-6th: Parade entrance fee invoices are sent out (via email)

November 16th: Due date to pay parade entrance fee , ID’s, Insurance, and Announcer Statement

Thursday, November 19th: Mandatory Parade Participant Meeting (Skylight 7-8 pm)

Saturday, December 14th: Parade Day!
