Needed a new water heater and Clint came out within 30 minutes after I called and gave me a quote right away with clear communication on what to expect. Jesse came out the next day at exactly the time he was expected and installed the water heater in less than two hours. Jesse was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Both Clint and Jesse exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Natural State Plumbing for any plumbing needs!
Clint and his son personally took care of a major re-plumb associated with our bathroom remodel 3 years ago, so Natural State was my first contact when our garbage disposal seized up. I used the Web contact form on Sunday, not expecting to hear back until Monday, but Clint did reply later that day saying someone would reach out after 8am on Monday. True to his word, we got a call from one of Clint’s employees saying he was on his way and we had a plumber here before 9am! He confirmed my diagnosis that the old disposal was “kaput” and installed a new one; he wrapped the job within 2 hours and he left the kitchen in excellent condition. I could have done it myself, but it would have taken all day - and the price was very reasonable. Natural State are the best plumbers I’ve worked with in 40 years of home ownership!
Jesse fixes a bursed pipe on the interior of our house. Added an access pannle in our closet to prevent future problems! They do good clean work!

When we experienced some back up in our less than 2 years old house, Clint at NSP was able to quickly and accurately diagnose our issue. He told us exactly when he'd be able to come to us, arrived on time, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Clint was patient with me as I asked questions in an attempt to learn more about our issue and our plumbing and septic systems. He got us all fixed and back up and running in no time, and all at an extremely manageable (low!) and fair expense.
