Our gas hot water heater element pilot went out, and from the initial call to the appointment, they kept us informed via text of our appointment time. Kyle was our technician and showed up promptly within the repair window to execute diagnosis. He informed me of the main issues normally seen with the setup and went to work. Within a few minutes, he had identified the problem and had it repaired shortly thereafter. On top of taking care of our problem, Kyle was very personable, and we had a chance to connect as people. Amazing local company right here. From start to finish. I had a hose bib that needed to be replaced and they came right out. Scheduling was super easy, they sent me a text when on the way, and the technician, Jax was super professional. Highly impressed with Davis Plumbing!

Davis Plumbing are awesome! My mom is 89 and got a clogged toilet and tub. She gets disoriented if she’s not in her home. We used their after hours service. Kyle was fantastic!
