Our hot water heater decided to die on us suddenly (of course), and Jack and his team were able to come to the rescue. Not only did they replace the water heater and hot water circulator, but they found a small leak in the front yard (when turning off the water to install everything) that needed to be fixed by the city. They were courteous and straightforward, and there were no surprises upon payment. Jack is the only plumber I will call for anything that happens in the future.

If you need a competent, honest, responsive plumber look no further than Moretto Plumbing. Jack and his team can do any job big or small. Some of the things they have done for me…run new waterlines, repaired faucets, run gas lines, designed commercial kitchens, added sinks to rooms at our daycares, find and repair leaks and the list goes on. They are always who I call for our daycares, offices, camp or my home. Jack is fast and good. If he repairs something, it is done well! You won’t be calling him back to do it over…just to do the next thing you need. I know I can trust him to give me the best advice and best price. He and Paul are so easy to work with and can find and explain the problem and options for solutions. They are great at suggesting ways to save money, which is so refreshing. Jack is always busy, because his work is good, but he has a sense of urgency to get you taken care of, often staying late or staring early to squeeze you in.
I don't know where to start... integrity, professionalism, promptness, expertise. The technician showed up on time, did a quick but very professional replacement of the pressure valve next to the water heater in the garage utility closet. He had to remove the tank to get to it, moved everything up to the front so that it wouldn't have to be moved over again if the valve needs replacement in the future, added a shut-off valve (don't know why there wasn't one to begin with, when you think about it), and didn't charge me near what the other companies were quoting (and a couple of the quotes I got were so high you would think it would be illegal - the term price gouging comes to mind). I cannot recommend this company more. You will not be disappointed.
I contacted Moretto Plumbing to install a shut off and regulator for my residence. They came out this am and got it completed and cleaned up and explained the shut off to me and I am very happy with the service and the price. They will be my go to plumbers in the future.
