The service was friendly and for the amount of food we ordered the wait wasn’t too long. The food was presented very nicely, however the food was lacking in flavor. We ordered all of the entrees with the exception of the pork dish + the crab cakes. For the price of each dish I was expecting, maybe not super unique flavors, but at least something flavorful. None of the dishes were standouts, and I didn’t eat anything that would entice me to come back again.

We are so impressed with this establishment! The charcuterie board was excellent, and the drinks were delightfully strong, and the steak was cooked to perfection! We also enjoyed the carrot gnocchi! Candle lit atmosphere provides perfect moods.

The service was great. The crab cakes, bread and butter were all top tier! But the birria meal i had coulda been better! The atmosphere was good just SUPER crowed so it took a while to get our food but the server did the best she could.
Edit. And as an OWNER you should be able to take criticism and move on.

We really enjoy Theo’s and attend frequently. Several of our favorite staff have left and we have not had a chance to drop by since. The kitchen is typically very slow but the food is always delicious. We have had a bad dish a few times and it is either remade or we order something different. I enjoy the wonton nachos, lobster mac, and filet. The hot honey mashed potatoes are simply divine. The bar is extensive and the cocktails are wonderful.

My entrée was great. My cousin's steak was too salty (I like salt, but it caused her to have significant swelling that night and the next day). The menu needs to be more detailed and specific, as I ordered the Bone on Toast (and it did not describe what it was, but only described what kind of sauces/jams/toppings it came with). When the appetizer came out, I found out it was a large bone, cut in half, with exposed bone marrow (to be spread on small pieces of toast). This was more of a culture shock, really, as I had never had this before). I would not have ordered this if I knew what it was. That was a disappointment, and I felt bad that they made this for me, so I did not return it. (I did try it, however, and it was not something I would order again, but not because of how it was prepared, but just because it's not my 'cup of tea,' so to speak). The flavor of the bone marrow was not awful, but the texture was very fatty-like, and I couldn't get past the fact that my dog loves to eat this! The main issue I had was that I just wish I knew what I was ordering! (I should have asked the server, but did not). This place was great, otherwise, and I would return! It was a bit pricey (for 6 adults (5 with alcoholic beverages) and the other with water, the total was around $100 per person, after a 20% tip. The atmosphere was great, and allowed for conversation, with music in the background. Overall, a very nice place! I learned that there is another restaurant in a nearby town, with the same options! I'm from Florida, so I don't know much about the area!
