Great service, can usually get in quickly, everyone is friendly, front desk is helpful, prices are reasonable. Saved my 15 yo overcome Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and then were so compassionate 16 months later when we had to say goodbye due to cancer. They also saved the life of our other dog, 4 yo, who was attacked by a pack of dogs. Her entire back quarter hind section was so badly damaged that it took 3 days of hospitalization, months of home care, then a surgery to graft skin back. I honestly thought she would be humanely euthanized. They are so good!

We really enjoyed our time using Pea Ridge Vet. The vets were great and understanding, and front staff was typically kind. However, it seems as though they continue to accept new clients without having space for them. Appointments are nearly always weeks out, regardless of the medical issue. Also, when my pet died the night after his vet visit, I called to asked for a hypothesis from the vet to see if he might know what happened, and he never returned my call. It was disappointing after all the time, effort, and money we put in to his trying to fix our animal.

Charged $67 for a consultation on top of everything else even though the doctor didn't even look at my pet. He shamed me the entire time because it was past 5 pm even though I came at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment. I added an extra star for the front desk and tech staff because they were nice and work hard, but I won't be bringing my pet back here.

Dr Gary has been in business in Pea Ridge for almost 50 years, which should say it all. We have entrusted this awesome Dr with our pets care for many years now and will continue to do so for many more.
