Final Update: my dog’s cherry finally healed 30+ days later post the follow up visit + a trip the urgent care with a new medicine. Still wish this clinic the best and pray that they adjust their pet over profit prioritization & operational transparency practices. In full discloser, I even noticed how they tried to push cremation for profit too. Had to fight to get my dead dog out of their freezer. They even threw away my casket marine boat sealant too. Still sending them sincere love (just so sad) and adored their vet tech Ashley. Please stay away from their Hills $$ food push too. Do your research. 🙏✨🕊️shalom
Newer Update: please steer clear! Very bad post visit with my other living dog. Cherry eye surgery was a true disaster. They also charged me without discussing the estimate beforehand. My dog is in horrible condition. Lastly, also pushed Hills Petfood too FULLY knowing that my dogs were impacted by a recent recall. My other dog is clearly now dead. So sad to post this update. Really liked their vet techs, but this clinic sadly cares about your money first.
Old review:
There are no words that can describe the absolute love that I have for this rare service team. They operate w/ a genuine compass and would never take my pets anywhere else because of the way that they treated my now deceased dog, Sam, and continued support for his elderly dog brother. There will be a special place in heaven adorned w/ spiritual mansions/stones for this remarkable team.
Our pets are FAR more than mere transactions, & God sees everything that we do. God Bless you, I trust no other vet service than Rose Animal Clinic. Compassionate doesn't come close to sufficing. My babies truly loved each of you & you made the most difficult day of our lives memorable. As a single pet mom, brand new to the area, I truly wanted to die than face this unbearable experience, but you made it more manageable. Eternal roses in our humble books. We will truly love your team forever, thank you for setting the golden service bar! God Bless you! Your kindness truly matters.🌹🌹💘 -Sam, Rene, Oliver

Dr. Bailey! Dr. Bailey! 👏🏻
Couldn’t have been happier with my visit this week. I came in asking for help after coming from a horrible vet experience at a different clinic. Dr Bailey was able to set me at ease as an owner, diagnose my cat and give her the help she should’ve received in the first place all the while being incredibly professional towards the conflict that led me there.
Poppy & I are very grateful to her!

This vet just wants your money and doesn’t even hide it. They lack customer service skills and every time we’ve been in the exam room, the first thing they do is walk in with papers for you to sign about how much money it’s going to cost WITHOUT even looking at the pet. Complete lack of empathy and no transparency about what you’re even paying for. Our cat has been several times for urinary problems and they can never fix it. All they do is push the food that they sell in the lobby (“the food is the medication”) rather than fixing the problem. We had to BEG for actual medicine from the doctor after we bought the food and nothing changed. Very rude people who need to work on their customer service 👎🏼👎🏼 stop pushing the food and do your job.

Dr.Scott is AMAZING and her assistant Taylor as well. They were so gentle with my sweet Thor (1.6lb kitten) and our big boy Zeus (115lb Doberman). We have definitely found or vet, she is the best!

I had the best experience at this clinic with my dog Minnie. The staff and reception was super friendly and informative. Minnie was struggling with some skin issues but now resolved since her visit. Minnie was a little nervous about her boosters. She was a little sore around her injection site on her hind leg but that’s to be expected! now that she’s back home, she is happy as ever! Thank you guys for the awesome care!
