As first-time pet owners, we couldn't be more grateful for our experience at Osage Vet Clinic! Dr. Sara and her wonderful team made us feel completely at ease during our puppy's visit. Being new to pet care, we had written down many questions and concerns, and they addressed every single one with patience and understanding.
What impressed us most:
1. Beginner-Friendly Approach: Dr. Sara explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms
2. Educational Support: The team provided valuable tips and guidance for new pet parents
3. Patient and Reassuring: They took extra time to ensure both we and our puppy felt comfortable
Dr. Sara was incredibly thorough in her examination and took the time to walk us through basic puppy care, answering questions we didn't even know we should be asking! The entire staff was so patient with our nervousness as new pet parents and made us feel confident in our ability to care for our new family member.
The clinic's welcoming environment put both us and our puppy at ease. They provided us with a comprehensive puppy care guide and were happy to demonstrate basic care techniques we needed to know.
For any new pet owners out there, we highly recommend Osage Vet Clinic. Dr. Sara and her team are the perfect partners for beginning your journey into pet parenthood. We're so relieved to have found such a supportive veterinary clinic for our puppy!

Love this place our vet was just knowledgeable! And trust me, we had so many questions being new dog owners and 1st time. She answered everything and not once made us feel rushed - she was actually super inviting and welcoming. If she was a dr for humans her bedside manner would be top notch! đź‘Ź we are happy here! Both our cat and dog goes here and if ever we get more pets they will come here too. Thank u for such great attention during our services.

Poor management, employees are rude, I paid no attention to their bad reviews. Over charged numerous people, I paid no attention, I should have. Charged me 96 dollars for a shoulder wrap on a YORKIE. His front leg fell out of the wrap, I took him back the next morning and was told he doesn't need a wrap from another vet tech. So why was I charged? I called numerous times only to find out they are keeping my money with no apologies. Look at their complaints, they "apologize" then turn to blame the client. Poor business. I found another vet.
UPDATE:! He has fluid on the lungs with a collapsed trachea and extremely high blood pressure and an enlarged heart!!He would have died if we stayed with Osage.

We took my 11 year old fur baby to get her checked out for a lump. They thought it was a tumor and we were able to schedule surgery quickly. It turned out to be a hernia thankfully. They took amazing care of her. They explained the risks and before surgery and post op care. She is a week post op and is acting like a new pup.

We’re so pleased with the level of care at Osage Vet. Every time I call on the phone the staff is so kind and caring and takes time to answer my questions. We’ve been having some health issues with our Nori pup and Dr. Huber spent nearly an hour going over all of our questions and getting a game plan together. Very grateful to have found an office with caring people.
