I have taken my dogs to Faithful Friends for several years. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Even though they stay very busy, I am always able to get the doggies’ appointments in a timely manner. While they are on the pricey side, the best care for my dogs is most important. They offer several services including grooming and doggie day care. Many of our friends also use Faithful Friends. I highly recommend them. Normally they have a waiting list, so it’s best to sign up as soon as you decide you want to take your animals to them!
Dr. Young is a thorough and thoughtful veterinarian. She has been taking care of our pets since coming to Faithful Friends. Recently she has been helping us navigate our pets aging issues with professionalism and compassion. Everyone there truly cares and goes out of their way to help your furry friends.
We've been coming to Faithful Friends for about 15 years or so and have always felt their prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding. They really care about our pets and our family! Highly recommend.
There is no better choice in a vets office anywhere around here! They are caring and helpful, always do whatever they can for you and your pet! Dogs or cats are in the best of hands with these people, they will absolutely do everything possible in helping to ensure that you and your animal are not only taken care of but truly made to feel better about the situation and gain a deeper understanding of what is going on with your special friend! They make you know that they care about you and your animal by the way the treat you, and the respect they always show everyone and there pets every time you go. I have had new pet visits here and last pet visits here, and they always make each time feel they way it should, and give the energy that is needed for the situation at hand. They have the ability to run the tests and do the diagnostics that are required without making you pay some outrageous bill! They make you understand where the money that you feel is going to go, and allow you to feel like you are working together to make your pet better, as they use there expertise and we follow instructions as best we can! They will always try and provide you with the most effective option at the best price possible and will never try to just up something to increase a price! They also have grooming and boarding services, the boarding services are amazing, with all the bells and whistles that you could want, and a decent price. I never have to worry about my pet as they are right there at the vet just in case anything were to happen! There are some vets in town that are not worth working with, and it was after dealing with one of these that I found these people and they restored my faith in vets in general! I HIGHLY recommend them, and hope you and your pet find the care that me and my family have always felt and always found with this office, its staff, and all of its services! I’ve been using Faithful Friends as my dog’s Vet since 2009 and can confidently say I will continue for the foreseeable future! The entire Staff is engaging, caring and extremely knowledgeable. They are truly passionate about the work that they do and it shows in every interaction I’ve had with them. I also like that they are timely with their scheduling and I’ve rarely had to wait in the lobby because they we running behind schedule. Would give 10 stars if that was an option!
