I normally love Capriotti's, and my go-to sandwich is the Capastrami. However, I went there just now to grab a sandwich to-go (large Capastrami) and I am so, so, so disappointed. If I didn't have to stay in office & work the rest of the day, I'd go back and drop it at their door because it's THAT BAD.
The pastrami was super bland, and not grilled, so it had no color. It feels like they threw it in the microwave to warm it up, and it tastes like corned beef TBH.
The bread also had no color and was cold like it had just come out of the fridge and not an oven. It was not toasted, which I feel like it used to be put on the flat top to warm it up for hot sandwiches. The coleslaw had SO MUCH PEPPER on it that I had to scrape it off.
Honestly, I spent $28 for a sandwich and a bag of chips PLUS tip and this sandwich is trash. I know the owner was sitting there greeting people so I hope he reads this. DO BETTER.

This is a wonderful sandwich shop with a super clean atmosphere. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options and tried the veggie Turkey sandwich, which was pretty good! There was a huge amount of veggie Turkey so half of a small sandwich and a salad was enough for a meal for me. I would come back to try some of the other sandwiches.

"It was immaculate" were the exact words my nephew spoke when describing the Capastrami. It was warm, tender, and bursting with flavor and the slaw.....the slaw, well excuse me while I get nostalgic thinking back all those minutes ago as I was gleefully crunching about on that playful, crispy snap of the slaw.
You cannot go wrong here.

I am so grateful to my friends for introducing me to this amazing little shop. I am on a mission to find the best Philly Steak & Cheese and this place is in the top 3 for sure. True, I have only been there twice, but it is now my go to place to eat at when I am in town. The staff is always friendly and smiling and the tables are cleaned right away when people leave allowing the place to remain nice and clean and comfortable. I only wish that I lived closer, but then I would be 100lbs heavier and never have any money. That would be my only complaint, but good things are not cheap and no longer are cheap things existent. I have spent just as much at Wendy’s and McDonald’s and the food is NEVER even close to being as good but can nearly cost just as much.

This was a very good sandwich. I got the Capastrami. It was delicious. Yall know I'm big on service. The young lady who help me was tremendous! The sandwich was warm and fully stuffed. The only things a added was sweet peppers and mustard for a little kick. If you're in Bentonville and want a sandwich go here you will treat yourself to a great sandwich and excellent service!
