We recently worked with Evan to replace the metal roof on our home. He did a great job of keeping us informed so we knew what to expect every step of the way. The work was done when he said it would be done, and when we had an unexpected issue pop up (the house was missing some of the expected roof decking!) he clearly communicated the fix and made it happen. When the team was done with the first round of work, Evan came out and made an inspection himself to flag some finish issues to fix. He identified several cosmetic things even we hadn't noticed. When the crew was done with these touch-ups, they cleaned up the site so thoroughly it was like they'd never been here. The roof has been in place for about a month now and has held up beautifully through wind, rain, and hail, plus it looks AMAZING. We really couldn't be happier with their work.
We have been working with Superior Roofing during this disastrous time for NWA and have been beyond satisfied with the response we have received from the entire team.
