Jesse did a wonderful job of coordinating everything that needed to be done to replace my roof. He kept me informed of what to expect with the insurance company and stayed in touch and worked well between me and the insurance company. He was very professional and very helpful.
Quality Assurance Roofing was as good as one can be. They did a fantastic job and I was very please. I had a Reverse Mortgage so we had a little trouble getting the money at a reasonable time. But Quality was as understanding as they could be. I can't say enough about the work that was accomplished. I have been a Real Estate Agent for 30 years and if anyone knows good work Agents do. They stand behind their work, all of it including the clean up which is important to me. They picked up and cleaned up around the house and used a magnetic roller to find any and nails…. The Roofing Crew were very respectful and very sweet , just a fantastic group of people.. I highly recommend this company! I couldn't be more pleased. They did a complete roof replacement on my 130 year old home. Jesse was my contact and he was an experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated professional from start to finish! Jose and his roofing team were such hard workers, respectful and paid great attention to detail. I could tell they all really care about the work they do! And it didn't go unnoticed by my neighbors. Jesse Agresto was great to deal with. The crew that did the work was a great group of guys. They did a great job and cleaned up when finished. Roof needed more than the original quote, I was afraid it would, but Jesse was quick to contact me and explain what they found. Work was done quickly and very well. My wife texted me after a rain and said, "First rain and no leaks ! And it's Lovely!" Happy Wife, Happy Life. Would definitely recommend Quality Assurance Roofing.
